Do you actually do the design work?

Yes, all site design and code are created by Jenn-Lynn Design.

What is your average turnaround time per project?
Sites have been created in less then two days depending on the content and material provided by the client.

Do you design from scratch or use premade templates?
All sites are designed from scratch.

Will you supply the original graphics files?

Graphics that are created or purchased from a royalty-free service may be provided for marketing use only. Graphics may not be used to sell products.

Are your designs tested for multi-browser and cross-platform compatibility?
Sites are tested for multi-browser compatibility only.

Can design changes be added later?

Yes, changes may be made for an additional hourly fee.

What do I need to supply you to get started?

Existing material such as brochures, fliers, hand-outs or presentations, photos, graphics, or logos.

Will you create a logo for my site too?

Jenn-Lynn Design can create a simple logo for your site. We will be happy to refer you to a graphics design that can help you with more complex designs.

Will you find/supply photos for my site?

Yes. For an additional fee photos can be taken by Jenn-Lynn Design or photos may be obtained from a royalty-free service.
